SBF Artist Fellowships

The SBF Artist Fellowship honors survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence through creative expression by artists just like you. The fellowship represents a critical alliance between artists who are committed to social justice, advocacy, and animals and survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence. Selected candidates will comprise SBF's first class of Fellows and will join the organization on its missions to unite shelter animals with survivors one adoption at a time. Candidates should embody this mission and should aim to promote positive change through their artwork and in their daily life.

Fellows will be Artist Ambassadors for SBF with their portfolios displayed on our website. Candidates are required to submit a minimum of five separate pieces to be considered. If selected, Fellows choose a minimum of three out of the five pieces for SBF's charity auction. All proceeds from the pieces will go toward covering the adoption fees and expenses for a shelter animal of a survivor's choosing. Join the movement!

Deadline: December 1, 2018
